McCormick Kütaş ( Turkey) Ltd is joint venture with McCormick & Company and the Kütaş Group.
McCormick is an International Company created in 1889, based in Baltimore, Maryland, USA specialising in top quality herbs, spices, flavourings, seasoning blends and food products. McCormick is a global leader in the manufacture, marketing and distribution of spices, herbs, seasonings and flavours to the entire food industry. Customers range from retail outlets and food service providers to food processing businesses.
Kütaş Group is based in İzmir, Turkey, specialising in top quality herbs, spices, and food products.
The McCormick Kütaş Kemalpaşa factory produces relish, gherkin slices, burger dressings and seasoning blends for number of global customers in local and export markets.

Kemalpasa site was established in April 1996 and started manufacturing relish in 1997 for
the UK market. In 1998 the factory was extended to produce burger dressing for a local global customer.
In 1999, the fermented gherkin capacity was extended and we begun to supply customers in US.
In 2001, the factory was again extended to in corporate a new warehouse and dry seasoning blend capability. In 2002, we began to supply a global snack customer in the Turkish market.
In 2005 we again extended our fermentation capacity and added the capability for gherkin slices manufacturing and packaging. In 2006, we began exporting slices to another global customer.
More recently, we have upgraded our staff facilities with the addition of new extension of office building. The official opening is in 2 nd May.
The factory footprint is 12,200m2 with 70 operations employees working on a 24/3 shift. Special capabilities include dry pack from 3 gr to 25kg seasoning, different packaging size of wet sauces ( 23 grams – 185kg), fermented gherkins packaging sizes are from 2,3 to1020kg. Packaging formats are distributed across the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, Asia and the North Africa as well as local Turkish market.
